The Nonprofit Startup LLC Products
The Nonprofit Startup products include but are not limited to: The Mission: Possible! Masterclass, Marketing with a Mission: The Ultimate Nonprofit Marketing Strategy course, blog posts, and any other content contained on TheNonprofitStartup.com website.
Site Terms and Conduct
Upon purchasing any products or courses, you will be given access to a members' only area of The Nonprofit Startup's Content Library inside Thinkific.com (“Thinkific”) via secure link and login using an email and password. You agree to not share your login credentials or the secure link with anyone for any reason. You will not share your username and password with any person who did not pay for access to these programs. You also agree that you will not sell access to these programs and will not sell any of its content without written permission.
Use of content, unless otherwise stated, is for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not distribute content, print multiple copies, or use the content for public display or performance unless otherwise stated.
You understand and agree to not place an unreasonable burden on the server hosting this Website, to not interfere with the running of this Website and to not attempt unauthorized access to any portion of this Website.
You understand and agree not to provide false information about yourself, to impersonate another individual or provide misleading or false content.
Fee Changes
The Nonprofit Startup LLC, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify course fees for any online product. However, current users will not be affected by price increases. Once a user signs up, he or she will be billed the same price at sign up for all installments (if an installment plan is selected instead of a one-time payment at the time of purchase).
Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products and services, The Nonprofit Startup LLC will not offer refunds or returns for any products or services sold for any reason. If a payment installment plan is selected at the time of purchase, you are required to complete all payments even if you do not complete the course. If you have questions about our Refund and Return policy, please send an email to [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you.
Payments
You represent and warrant that when you make purchases from The Nonprofit Startup LLC that any credit card or payment information you give us is accurate and complete; and, any charges incurred by you will be honored by your financial institution or credit card company; and, you will pay the charges incurred by you, including any and all taxes; and, if your payment method is not honored for any reason, you will still pay any incurred charges, including any surcharge we may incur due to the failed payment.
When you join Marketing with a Mission: The Ultimate Nonprofit Marketing Strategy course on an installment plan, you must pay all installments in full. You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing and credit card information. You must promptly update all billing information (such as billing address, card number, and expiration date) to keep your account current, complete, and accurate, and you must promptly contact us if your credit card is lost or stolen, or if you become aware of a potential breach of account security (such as an unauthorized disclosure or use of your Sign-In Name or Password).
You hereby authorize the Owner, The Nonprofit Startup LLC, to obtain or determine updated or replacement expiration dates for your credit card in the event that the credit card you provided us expires. We reserve the right to charge any renewal card issued to you to the same extent as the expired card. If payment is not received from your credit card issuer, you hereby agree to pay all amounts due upon demand. You agree to pay all costs of collection, including attorney’s fees and costs, on any outstanding balance. In certain instances, the issuer of your credit card may charge you a foreign transaction fee or related charges, which you will be responsible to pay. You are advised to check with your bank and credit card issuer for details.
Failure to pay does not cancel your installment payment obligation. If we cannot collect your future installments, your course membership access will be suspended by us and an outstanding balance for the total remaining balance owed will be placed on your account.
You are responsible for all outstanding course membership balances whether or not you maintain an active membership. We reserve the right to collect any and all payments due to us using our collection agency.
Once your account is sent to collections, The Nonprofit Startup LLC will cease to continue direct communications with you. All billing questions will be redirected to our collections agency.
Discussion Group
As a part of your subscription, you are eligible to participate in The Nonprofit Startup's private discussion group, hosted on the Thinkific platform. This group is to be a friendly and positive environment. If it is deemed by The Nonprofit Startup LLC that your comments or posts are inappropriate, hateful, mean-spirited, or spam, you will be removed from the group.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of The Nonprofit Startup LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of The Nonprofit Startup LLC. It is unlawful to distribute the video, audio, or other content in the site.
